The most delicious tip for the winter season – Turku Food Walk
For the best wintertime cheer, try a Turku Food Walk: you can head out on this tasty tour with a group, a partner, or a friend, or why not even go on your own?
Food Walk is Visit Turku and our cooperating partners’ tailored tour of gourmet favourites, where you can choose five places to eat from ten amazing restaurants. You can conveniently order the 48-euro Food Walk-card from the Kiss My Turku online store (in Finnish) or buy it from Tourist Information, which is located on the corner of the Monitori Market Place.

Restaurant dining is still safe
Purchasing a Food Walk-card is a fantastic and easy way to support Turku’s restaurant industry. Safety and hygiene standards are observed during this time of coronavirus and cleanliness is first-class. Seating places are less than usual, so you can sit more spaciously apart. You can dine with confidence – customers are excellently cared for in Turku’s restaurants, and still are so in these exceptional times.

Food Walk treats can also be taken away
When you use a Food Walk-card, we recommend that you always book a table in advance. Mention this treat pass when you book to make sure the walk goes smoothly. It is good to book ahead, especially if you want to use the card all in one night. The card is valid for three days following your visit to the first restaurant. If you would rather use the card to order a meal to take home, most participating restaurants now also offer a handy take-away option. Ask for more information at Tourist Information!
