Kuusisto Castle Ruins

On the island of Kuusisto in Kaarina, lies a unique site of cultural and natural value, the historic ruins of the Bishop’s Castle – a fabulous experience for all ages! Near to the castle ruins, the Kuusisto Art Manor displays a new exhibition of contemporary art every summer. Connecting the art manor to the ruins is a culture and nature trail, along which you can explore many different habitats, such as groves, spruce forest and meadow landscapes. Access to the art manor and castle ruins is free of charge.
